Excavator is always considered as crucial equipment in mining segment as overall operations always depends upon the productivity of an excavator. Wheel Loader always works on full load operation and hence lubrication at the critical areas is always a
question mark. Abnormal sounds from the Bucket pins are always observed due to inefficient
greasing schedule in Loaders. Centralize Lubrication System assures timely greasing not even in
all actuators but also in steering, breaking and transmission systems of Loaders.

In Concrete Batching Plant proper & optimum greasing is required at the axial seal of bearing. Improper grease lubrication will allow slurry to enter in the seal and that will lead to downtime of the plant. With Centralize Lubrication System one can achieve exact volume of the grease required per hour at the axial seal of bearing.
